Britt White Studio was engaged prior to construction, via our Property Styling service, to deliver space planning, lighting, window dressings, a curated furniture selection and handle all furniture, art and object procurement for the client - a discerning investor.

From the master suite to the outdoor living area, each facet of Bright Haus has been meticulously designed and crafted to exude an aura of modern luxury. Every room has been curated with furniture and objects that are not only stylish, but importantly durable - being designed to withstand the rigours of the holiday rental market. The design integrates style and substance, catering to the dual imperatives of aesthetics at a budget that provides a positive return on investment.

Spread across two levels, the spaces have been designed with flexibility in mind. Guests have the option flexibility to book the entire house for larger groups or opt for just the upper level for a more intimate stay. Importantly, the four bedrooms also offer maximum flexibility. On the upper level, the opulent master suite features a queen bed and ensuite with a free-standing bathtub, plus bedroom 2 with another queen bed. On the lower level, bedrooms 3 and 4 both have split king beds, catering to larger groups and kids.
